Inspiring teacher (Mitchell Beames) at Brewarrina Central School explored his own unique way of teaching using Aboriginal Pedagogy processes. As a result of HIS WAY OF DOING it made an impact on students LEARNING and engagement in the classroom. During the training day with Melissa Kirby, beginning teachers explored Dr Ernie Grants six elements through Processes, Protocols, Systems and Values and Dr Tyson Yunkaporta's 8 Ways of learning . Melissa then allowed teachers time to reflect on their very own authentic WAY of teaching good pedagogy through quality lessons . Building on this knowledge, all teachers created their own teaching methods reflecting on various Aboriginal Knowledge Processes, this was as a success. Teachers presented this knowledge in front of Elders in the Brewarrina community. Mitchell impressed Melissa with his Presentation- Elders were talking up his presentation in the community the next day.

This same exercise was a success at Bourke High School. Mitchell continues to teach at Brewarrina Central School.
